This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participating in the public affiliate program of David Horak Health.
1. Purpose
As an affiliate, you will market the Company’s health course and coaching services. In return, you will earn a commission of 40% on the first sale made through your affiliate link.
2. Marketing Freedom
Affiliates are free to choose their marketing methods, provided they adhere to the guidelines in this agreement.
3. Respect and Integrity
Affiliates must present the Company, its products, and its founder with respect and integrity. Misrepresentation, defamatory remarks, or marketing that harms the Company’s reputation or portrays the founder negatively are strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
• Use false or misleading claims.
• Market in ways that damage the Company’s reputation or disrespect its founder.
• Use unethical practices such as spamming or deceptive advertising.
5. Commission Details
• Affiliates will earn a 40% commission on the first sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
• Payments will be made using PayPal via a Mass Payment File.
• Payouts are issued after a 2-month waiting period to account for refunds or disputes.
6. No Application or Approval Process
The affiliate program is open to the public. Anyone may join without an approval process.
7. Termination
The Company reserves the right to remove affiliates from the program without notice if these terms are violated.
8. Changes to the Agreement
The Company may modify this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
